At Upgrade Digitals, we’re committed to your satisfaction with our services, including website builds, monthly plans, SEO, PPC, and CRM automation. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can request a refund.
Monthly Website Plans
- Cancellation: You may cancel your Monthly Website Plan with [30 days’] written notice by emailing [Your Contact Email]. The website and all related services (e.g., hosting, maintenance, CRM access, updates) will cease at the end of the billing cycle.
- Refunds: No refunds are issued for partial months already billed, as services are provided on a subscription basis. We’ll stop future charges upon cancellation.
- Setup Fees: One-time setup fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, as they cover initial development costs.
- Non-Payment: If you stop paying, services will be suspended after [X days, e.g., 7] of non-payment, including taking your website offline and halting updates or support. No refunds apply for services provided before suspension.
Custom Website Builds
- No Refunds After Approval: Due to the custom nature of our work, no refunds are available once you approve the final design or the site goes live.
- Partial Refunds: If you cancel before design approval, we may offer a partial refund, less costs incurred (e.g., hours worked), at our discretion.
Digital Marketing Services (SEO, PPC, etc.)
- Monthly Services: Refunds are not available for completed months. Cancel with [30 days’] notice to avoid future billing.
- Campaign Fees: PPC ad spend or setup fees are non-refundable once campaigns launch.
How to Request a Refund
- Submit requests via email to support@upgradedigitals.com within 7 days of the issue, including your name, service details, and reason for the request.
- We’ll review and respond within 5 business days. Refunds, if approved, are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Exceptions
We may offer refunds beyond these terms in exceptional cases (e.g., service failure on our part), evaluated case-by-case.
